• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
• Contains false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful material;
• Violates the rights of third parties;
• Results in damages, losses, or disputes between users or third parties.

If a user submits your copyrighted material without permission, the responsibility rests solely with the user who posted the content and not with Classifieds24.org, its owners, employees, affiliates, or service providers.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to remove, disable access to, investigate, or take action regarding any User Content at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

We comply with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), and will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Users who repeatedly submit infringing content may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
